How do I schedule a seminar?

I have a referral, who do I send it to?

Our Referral Program has been the very successful grassroots expansion method that has helped our speakers promote these programs to the people of Colorado through corporations, associations and organizations up and down the Front Range.

The seminar is scheduled, how do I get people to attend?

People don’t know what they don’t know. Personal education is vital. Here are a few tips that have greatly increased attendance at different events:

Put up posters to announce the upcoming speaker and the topic. Five Star Seminars has a poster/flyer that can be e-mailed, with your permission, and sent by attachment for your use in your pre-event publicity marketing plans.

Send out memos describing the speakers’ background and the upcoming seminar that is being held just for your business or group. Enthusiastic event planners make all the difference.

Encourage them to visit the speaker’s web site.

May we schedule multiple presentations throughout the day?

Five Star Seminars is pleased to accommodate multiple presentations as needed or desired.

For same site presentations, we do ask that there be a minimum of a one-hour intermission between presentations so that the speaker may have time to prepare for their next audience.

For multiple site presentations, please arrange times with our scheduling coordinator.

May we videotape the speaker's presentation to show our employees in remote areas or on different shifts?

Our speakers safeguard their presentation materials which are classified as intellectual property. For this reason we ask that there be no videotaping or photography. Special considerations may apply. Due to the nature of our public awareness campaigns note-taking is always encouraged.
